Shipping & Delivery Policy

IndieFunded sells access to online trading education and skill evaluation programmes. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges apply and no delivery address is needed. Services are available online to eligible users; the price shown in Indian Rupees at checkout is the full price.

When your payment is confirmed you receive:

• An Account for the Programme and virtual balance you bought, in the trader dashboard at trader.indiefunded.in.
• Access to that Account in the IndieFunded Web simulator.
• An order confirmation and a GST tax invoice at the email address on your profile.
• Access to the performance analytics, learning library and support that come with every Programme.

Payment confirmation is instant for most UPI and card payments. Some methods, including certain net banking transactions, can take longer for the bank to confirm; delivery starts when confirmation is received.

First, check your spam or promotions folder, and sign in to the trader dashboard with the email you used at checkout.

If you still have no access 24 hours after your payment was confirmed, email support@indiefunded.in with your order reference or payment transaction ID. We will either provide access promptly or refund you in full, whichever you prefer, even if this falls outside the usual 7-day refund window.

Access to an Account lasts until the Account ends under the Trading Rules: for example, when a loss limit is breached, after 30 calendar days without a trade, or when you close it. The learning library remains free to read for everyone.
