This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases of evaluation accounts from IndieFunded. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the terms below, which should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Nature of the purchase
An evaluation fee grants you immediate access to a digital service — a trading evaluation account on simulated capital. Because access is provided instantly upon payment, evaluation fees are generally non-refundable once the account has been activated and any trading activity has begun.
2. When you are eligible for a refund
You may request a refund in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate or erroneous charge: you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged in error.
- Non-delivery: your evaluation account was not made available due to a fault on our side and we are unable to resolve it.
- Unused purchase: you have not placed any trades and request a refund within 48 hours of purchase (where permitted by your payment provider).
3. When refunds are not available
- After you have placed one or more trades or otherwise used the account.
- Where an account has been suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms, prohibited conduct, or fraud.
- For change of mind after trading has commenced.
- For failure to pass an evaluation or breach of the trading objectives.
- For discounted or promotional purchases, where stated as non-refundable at checkout.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@indiefunded.in from the address associated with your account, including your order ID and the reason for the request. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity and the purchase.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, though the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending investigation.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
