IndieFunded is an educational technology platform that provides simulated trading environments and skill-assessment products for individuals who wish to develop and demonstrate trading discipline in NSE index options.

IndieFunded is not a stockbroker, exchange, clearing member, portfolio manager, investment adviser, or research analyst, and is not registered with SEBI or any other financial regulator. We do not accept client funds for trading, do not place trades in live markets on your behalf, and do not offer real-money brokerage accounts.

All accounts provided are funded with simulated (virtual) capital in a live-rule, demo environment. Any reference to "funding", "capital", "accounts", or "payouts" refers to this simulated, educational context and the associated performance-based reward programme.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is permitted under the laws applicable to you. The platform is intended primarily for users in India.

Our products grant access to a simulated trading account governed by a defined rule set, including daily drawdown, trailing maximum loss, consistency, and minimum trading-day requirements.

Fees paid are for access to the educational evaluation and simulated environment. Successfully meeting the programme objectives may make you eligible for a performance-based reward ("profit split") in accordance with these terms.

We may update rules, pricing, account sizes, and reward parameters from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this website.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, not to manipulate or exploit simulated pricing, latency, or rule loopholes, and not to operate multiple accounts to circumvent rules.

Prohibited trading practices include, but are not limited to, the use of one-directional bets across mirrored accounts, coordinated group trading designed to exploit the reward programme, and any activity we reasonably deem abusive.

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending rewards, without refund.

Performance-based rewards are issued only where all programme rules have been satisfied, including the minimum trading-day and consistency requirements, and after any applicable review.

Payout eligibility, timing, and method are described on this website and within your trader dashboard. We may withhold or adjust rewards where rule violations or anomalies are identified.

All content, branding, software, and materials on the platform are owned by IndieFunded or its licensors and may not be copied, redistributed, or reverse-engineered without permission.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndieFunded shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading decisions you make in live markets based on skills or experience gained through the platform.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
