This Refund Policy explains when fees paid for IndieFunded products may be refunded.

1. Digital, Instantly-Delivered Product

Our instant funding products grant immediate access to a simulated account upon purchase. Because access is delivered instantly and in full, fees are generally non-refundable once account credentials have been issued.

2. When Refunds May Be Granted

  • Duplicate or accidental charges for the same product.
  • Technical failure on our side that prevents your simulated account from being provisioned and that we are unable to resolve.
  • Where a refund is required under applicable consumer-protection law.

3. When Refunds Are Not Granted

  • A breach of trading rules resulting in a failed account.
  • Dissatisfaction with trading results in the simulated environment.
  • Requests made after meaningful use of the account, or after a reward request has been submitted.
  • Any case of rule violation, abuse, or fraudulent activity.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@indiefunded.in within 7 days of purchase with your order details and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect.
